When Michael Hutson stepped into his role as HR Director and Practice Administrator at the Retina Center of Texas, he quickly realized the practice’s technology wasn’t keeping pace with its growth. BNC also deployed SentinelOne and NinjaOne across the entire organization, finally giving Michael full visibility into device health, security posture, and compliance. “For the first time, I could actually see what was happening across our environment instead of guessing,” he says.

The results were felt almost overnight. Their login issues disappeared. Missing files stopped being a daily occurrence. The devices were compliant. Helpdesk tickets dropped dramatically, so much that both staff and physicians noticed the difference. Most of all, Michael got back hours each week that he previously spent putting out fires by having an IT service provider he could rely on.

Looking back, he sees the partnership with BNC as a true turning point. “BNC didn’t just fix computers,” he says. “They gave us a foundation we can grow on. Our practice is expanding, and now our technology can actually keep up with us instead of holding us back.”
