JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a full time, entry-level systems engineer position which requires experience working with Microsoft’s product line for small and medium-sized businesses. The successful candidate will join a team operating within the Denver metropolitan area, providing both project and support services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Junior Systems Engineer you will:
• Participate in our Mentoring program that’s designed to teach industry-proven best practices while working side by side with our team of Senior Systems Engineers
• Provide support to end users on a variety of Microsoft technologies, including desktop operating systems and applications, as well as Windows Server/Small Business Server support.
• Identify, research, and resolve technical problems.
You must:
• Be effective in interpersonal communication and problem solving.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Have strong technical ability and troubleshooting skills.
• Be able to effectively operate within set guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Be able to excel in a fast paced team environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 2 - 5 years experience as a systems administrator. Additional consulting experience a plus!
• Bachelor degree in Computer Information Systems or related field.
• Microsoft technical certifications preferred.
• Candidates must be currently located in the Denver metro area.
COMPENSATION
• Salary range: $40,000 - $50,000
• Travel reimbursement
