Job Description:

This is a full time Sales Architect position in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This position is technically comparable to an IT Manager position. As the initial contact for accounts, you will be designing new information technology solutions for businesses ranging in size from 15 to 500 users. The majority of the projects will be based on Microsoft Windows operating systems, BackOffice applications and some WAN technologies. Previous experience working with these products is required. Overall, you must have excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment. If you possess these skills and traits, the technical details of the position follow.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Meeting with business owners to identify, design, and manage IT projects

- You will be responsible for writing 2 to 3 proposals per week

- Be able to explain and sell our service offerings and perform network audits for potential clients

- Oversee administrative activities on the projects, such as reviewing time reported by project team members and meeting coordination in order to maintain weekly pipeline reports

- Assist in managing customer accounts

- Building and maintaining partnerships and industry relationships

Qualifications:

- Previous sales experience required

- Experience working as a Windows network administrator in 2 or more environments

- Strong working knowledge of NT/2000/2003, Exchange, Active Directory, LAN’s, WAN’s

- Experience with common anti-virus, backup, and remote access

- Very strong interpersonal skills

- Ability to recommend appropriate and emerging technologies that will benefit our customers

- MCSE and Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred
